Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Linxei collects when you use this site and the “Add your voice” surveys, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. It sits alongside our main privacy policy and covers the survey and early-access forms specifically.
The surveys are anonymous
When you complete a survey, we store only the answers you choose plus the time you submitted them. We do not ask for your name, and we do not record your IP address or any other identifier that could single you out. If you tell us your country, that is the only location detail we keep.
Your survey answers and any contact details you later choose to give are held in separate systems with no shared key, so a set of answers cannot be traced back to a person. We use the answers only to understand what people need and to shape the service. Where we share findings, we publish them as aggregate figures — never individual responses.
The optional free-text box is reviewed before any use and is never published as written. Please do not include information that identifies you or anyone else.
The waitlist and pilot forms (only if you ask to join)
At the end of a survey you can choose to share your email so we can contact you about early access or the lawyer pilot. This is entirely optional and separate from your answers.
- Waitlist: your email, and optionally your country and whether you are a client or a lawyer.
- Lawyer pilot: your email, the country or jurisdiction where you are qualified, and your main area or areas of practice.
Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (version privacy-2026-08). We use these details only to contact you about early access or the pilot — nothing else. You can withdraw at any time and ask us to delete your details by emailing [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep anonymous survey answers for as long as they remain useful for research and product decisions. We keep waitlist and pilot contact details until you ask us to remove them, you withdraw your consent, or they are no longer needed for the early-access programme.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how many people visit these pages. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. We do not use marketing pixels, session recording, or third-party advertising tags on the survey pages.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us what contact details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent. To do any of these, or if you have questions about this notice, email [email protected].
